To hire the Movilidad insurance you only need the registration or letter of acceptance to verify the student's status. With this document the student will have to go to the hiring link, fill in their data, attach the mentioned registration or proof of studies and make the payment via card.

Yes, as long as the start date is within the next 6 months. The start date can be set any day of the month.

No, the insurance must be paid in full for 6 months or for 12 months. It is a closed product that cannot be modified, so if the student is going to be in the destination country for more than 6 months, he will have to hire the 12-month one.

The simplest method is the payment by card once the data in the hiring link is completed. You can also pay via bank transfer or cash by going to our office in Barcelona.

The Movilidad insurance has worldwide coverage.

Once the insurance has been hired, a certificate will be sent to the student by email showing the company's support numbers that are available 24/7. In case of needing medical assistance we always recommend the student to call the company, Axa Partner, directly so that they can be referred to the nearest concerted center.

In case of not being able to call the company to request medical assistance, you can go to any private medical center, pay the bill and then request a reimbursement of the expenses to the company. This process can take several weeks, so we always recommend to call the company first so you don't have to make any payment in advance.

In 24 business hours at most the student can get the certificate in his e-mail, as long as the data is correct and the proof of studies is attached.

Once the insurance is hired, the company will issue a health card for the student. Each company has a specific medical chart that can be consulted on the company's website or in the app once the policy has been taken out. If the student wants to request a medical appointment, they will have to call a center directly within the medical staff of the chosen company and request an appointment providing their data and the data of their insurer (Atlántida, Asisa, Sanitas).
